A historic performance by Joan Garcia keeps Barça afloat in Vallecas

A charged atmosphere from the start

The final stretch was filled with maximum tension, with the feeling that anything could happen. But the goalkeeper from Sallent remained firm: in the 89th minute, he made another miraculous save against Ratiu, whom he had already frustrated in the first half.

Barça, sluggish during many stretches, held on thanks to Lamine and the historic performance of their goalkeeper. The 1-1 in Vallecas allows the azulgranas to remain at the top, but leaves Real Madrid alone at the top of LaLiga.
