Bardghji is amazed: "It´s absolutely magical"

Roony Bardghji continues to live an almost idyllic moment since he arrived at FC Barcelona last summer. His quick adaptation and the confidence that Hansi Flick gave him from the very first moment have made him one of the coach´s regular resources for the second halves of numerous matches. The Swedish footballer does not miss the opportunity to express his immense satisfaction while he continues to progress in his integration into the first team´s dynamics. Considered one of the great promises of Swedish football, every time he is called up to his national team, he shares the experiences he lives in the Barça dressing room. This time, Bardghji recounted a particularly memorable episode for Barcelona fans. "It was special. It was a dream. It turned out to be something absolutely magical when we stepped onto the pitch at Camp Nou. And even though it´s not even at half capacity, it was still very special". The forward was deeply surprised during the first training session of the squad at the renovated Blaugrana stadium. "There were many fans in the allowed stands, so it was great. It was a very hard experience to explain", the Swede assured. Although he could not specify the exact date of the team´s official return to Spotify Camp Nou, Bardghji did share the feeling that is in the squad: the return seems close. "We want to go quickly to the new field. The players have already talked about it, and of course we want to play there as soon as possible. It will be special, and I hope it will be ready very soon. Before coming to the national team, they just told us that we will very likely play there very soon, even though the stands will not be full yet. So it will be great". The forward also commented on the general surprise generated by the image of Leo Messi visiting the stadium´s construction site. "The truth is that none of us knew he was there. I would have loved to see him".

Bardghji was one of the standout protagonists of the first training session at the new Spotify Camp Nou thanks to the body camera he wore to record details of the session. In the footage, it can be seen how Frenkie de Jong took the opportunity to make a joke about the Swedish´s height. "No face is visible! You can only see at waist height! No face is visible when Rooney arrives!", the Dutchman commented with laughter. Bardghji himself admitted that he took the situation in stride. "In the dressing room, many people laughed about it. It was fun, we get along well, we sit together in the dressing room, and I have no problem with these jokes".
